How does our online platform work?

A welcoming environment and the support of people with similar interests will make the weight loss experience enjoyable and fun. In our group, you'll not only work on getting fit, but you'll also make new friends!

Members join the online learning group and participate in conversations via Telegram.

The coordinators classify the participants into groups according to the participation option they have selected.

Website resources are delivered on a daily basis and are unlocked for participants in a sequential order.

All training resources are compiled on a separate website.

At the beginning of the training, you will be provided with a calendar with all scheduled web sessions (live classes).

Within the group, a simple reporting system is in place to collect feedback.
